In a Nutshell: Kiana Danial loved investing but didn’t love the culture of the financial bros she worked with. So she created Invest Diva, a supportive member-based platform where women (and men) gather to learn about investing, increase their income, and build generational wealth. Danial helps members become money managers in a free masterclass before guiding them to personalized goals of financial freedom and peace of mind. Invest Diva is a community of thousands of like-minded individuals who help each other achieve more.

Kiana Danial is a woman born in Iran to a Jewish family, which made her a double minority in a patriarchal Islamic culture. She studied electrical engineering in Japan, where she was the only female and foreigner in class. So she’s familiar with being seen as a little outside the box.

But she hasn’t let that stop her from becoming a successful investor, wealth builder, and mentor to thousands of women (and men) through her Invest Diva media and learning platform.

At Invest Diva, Danial has built a supportive community for those who want to take control of their finances, increase their income, and build generational wealth.

Danial’s financial journey started during the economic downturn of 2008. Success in the markets led her to cut her unfulfilling engineering career short and make a fresh go of it in the US.

She landed a job on Wall Street, but the highly competitive, masculinized culture of the financial bros she worked with alienated her. She knew she had something distinctive to offer people like her. Invest Diva, founded in 2012, is the result.

I’ve always been a minority, but I shouldn’t have to wear a suit and act like a man for people to take me seriously,” Danial said. “My journey was to make finance work for me and then share that with others.”

Invest Diva accomplishes that through archives of blog articles and podcast episodes, a robust Facebook community, and a presence on other social sites. A free masterclass uses Danial’s exclusive five-step diamond system to take control of their financial future. Exclusive course content targets members at all learning stages.

“It’s become this massive, fantastic community, and people are crushing it,” Danial said.

Community and Coursework Empower Members

Register for Invest Diva’s free masterclass on the site’s Content Hub. As a financial planner and Chartered Market Technician, Danial has experience in many facets of the financial industry. She said the class is an ideal introduction to becoming your own money manager.

“It gives you a feel of what I’m about and the process I take,” she said.

The next step is the Make Your Money Work for You Powercourse, which teaches members to take control of their financial destiny. The course presents everything attendees need to start investing confidently according to their unique goals and risk tolerance. Participants connect in an exclusive Insider Club and receive ongoing accountability and support from Student Success Coaches.

Kiana Danial
Kiana Danial founded Invest Diva to share her investment journey with others.

“It’s a certified financial planning program the average person can do without going to an advisor,” Danial said. “More than 5,000 have taken the Powercourse and started an investment strategy.”

Invest Diva also offers the Build More Wealth, a 2.5-day live virtual event where Danial reveals the four-pillar wealth diva ecosystem she used to go from being a burned-out taxpayer to building a $8,590,848.00+ investment portfolio, retiring her husband, and building generational wealth.

Intermediate-level investors may join Invest Diva’s Premium Investor Group for stock, cryptocurrency, and index fund strategy ideas, and to participate in high-performance personal mentorship with Danial through her Zen Wealth Generator.

Danial is the author of seven books, including the USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and Amazon bestseller “Million Dollar Family Secrets,” “Cryptocurrency Investing for Dummies,” and “Ichimoku Secrets,” a book about the Japanese technical analysis method that uses candlestick charting to improve price forecasting.

“You come in as an invest diva, then you become a business diva, and then you become a wealth diva,” Danial said.

Five-Point Diamond Analysis Personalizes Strategies

Danial weaves her five-step diamond system through Invest Diva’s money management, income generation, and wealth-building program. In step one, capital analysis, participants figure out where they are financially.

“It’s astonishing, but many people don’t know where their money is — their net worth, cash flow, and interest they’re paying on their debt,” Danial said. “Some learn their finances are better than they assumed, but others learn they’re much worse.”

In the next step, intentional analysis, members begin to take stock of their financial prospects, with Danial helping them build progressive money goals.

Flexibility is the key to this step. For example, Danial has an investment plan for her five-year-old daughter, but that plan is very different from what a person nearing retirement would need.

Diamond analysis
Danial’s Five-Point Diamond Analysis provides structure for learning.

“We help them get clarity as to where they want to go,” Danial said. “That gives them brackets for how risky their investments can be.”

Fundamental analysis, the third step, helps budding investors gain certainty about preferred asset classes. Daniel was once a proponent of foreign-exchange investing but has since evolved beyond that position. She applies her generalized expertise to help students choose investment instruments according to their preferences.

Next comes technical analysis. Danial uses chart patterns and price analysis to gauge future market behavior based on past trends, helping participants decide what and when to buy.

“We don’t time the market — we price it,” Danial said.

The final step in the diamond system is sentimental analysis, where gut feelings predominate. Invest Diva typically recommends going against market sentiment.

“When a stock is getting completely hammered, that’s when we go in and buy,” Danial said. “Sentiment analysis also brings the feminine energy of intuition to investing. If you really don’t want to buy it, then don’t buy it.”

Choose Your Path to Financial Freedom

Invest Diva is fundamentally about bringing feminine energy to investing’s stereotypically hyper-masculine culture. The community welcomes people of all genders but eschews the domineering finance bros of Danial’s past.

“You’re welcome in Invest Diva as long as you don’t put other people down,” Danial said.

Many men join — about 20% of the community identifies as male. Many members come to the group as overworked professionals looking to leverage their salaries into financial freedom and peace of mind for retirement.

“They want to become work-optional,” Danial said.

The thousands who flock to Invest Diva may have much in common, but Danial treats them all as individuals. She recommends investment strategies based on member needs, not personal preference.

“We provide education in the Powercourse, and people choose their path to success,” Danial said. “You don’t have to have everything — you can focus on one and still be very successful.”

Success stories abound. Danial said one member who started with little investment knowledge closed on a dream home with an ocean view using strategies she learned through Invest Diva. Another whose husband lost $100,000 while trading during the COVID-19 pandemic earned back those funds.

Another student (one of Danial’s first) who had a stressful divorce became financially independent.

“It just warmed my heart,” Danial said.

Invest Diva strives for transparency. Danial stressed that she achieved financial independence through investing and compounding. It’s one more way she cuts through the clutter to give her audience what it wants and needs.

“First, invest in yourself to learn a skill, then invest in your business to increase your income, then invest your surplus in the markets,” Danial said. “We offer everything you need to bring generational wealth and abundance into your life.”
