Miami Heat games are about to come with extra perks for Chase cardholders, from early ticket access and arena discounts to a dedicated entrance.

The benefits are part of a multi-year partnership announced Wednesday that makes JPMorgan Chase the Official Financial Services Partner of both the Heat and its home arena, the Kaseya Center.

JPMorgan Chase has a significant presence in South Florida, where it serves 2.4 million customers and employs more than 3,000 people, the company said in a press release.

John Vidalin, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the Miami Heat, added in the release that the bank has 410,000 small business clients in the South Florida community.

The Perks Chase Cardholders Can Score

The partnership will give eligible cardholders early access to merchandise and tickets. It will also offer benefits inside the arena.

Eligible cardholders attending a game at the Kaseya Center will have access to a dedicated venue entrance.

The deal between Chase and the Heat will allow cardholders to save on concessions at the Kaseya Center.

Cardholders can also receive concession discounts, including $20 off a $100 purchase or $5 off a $30 purchase, subject to offer terms.

A Chase spokesperson told CardRates via email that all Chase credit and debit card customers will have access to ticket presales, Chase Preferred Seating, and discounts on select merchandise and concessions. The benefits are expected to begin with Miami Heat preseason games, though details are subject to change.

Why Chase Is Betting on Sports Fans

JPMorgan Chase is one of the biggest names in the credit card industry. A May 2025 American Banker analysis of year-end 2024 figures ranked the bank holding company’s credit card loan portfolio as the second-largest in the U.S. after combining Capital One’s and Discover’s portfolios. Capital One completed its acquisition of Discover in May 2025.

The company’s partnership with the Heat also shows how Chase is using partnerships with prominent sports organizations to raise its visibility.

JPMorgan Chase announced a partnership with Ohio State University’s athletic arm in July. The deal was Chase’s first of that nature in the realm of college athletics, the company said in a press release.

That arrangement positions Chase as the official bank sponsor for Ohio State Athletics and will help support student-athletes through name, image, and likeness — also known as NIL — opportunities.

The collaboration with the Heat “creates new ways for customers and fans to connect with the Heat through premium experiences, hospitality, and benefits — while reinforcing our long-term commitment to Miami’s growth, culture, and community,” George Acevedo, South Divisional Director of Consumer Banking at JPMorgan Chase, said in the release.

The partnership also aims to expand economic opportunity in the region, improve financial literacy, and support local youth.
